Question: What does it mean if you have a swollen neck/lump? lymph node? (Posted by: Mama on 2009-03-13 17:46:00) I think its a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, it feels a bit swollen, at least bigger then the other side. you can tell by looking at it, just by feeling it. its not painful just a tiny bit tender to the touch. also, i just got over a cold a few days ago.
