Last Monday when I was working my back all of a sudden the back of my neck started to ache. It wasn't a sharp pain, more of a aching soreness that throbbed through the duration of the workout, expecially when I was doing a rep. After the workout, I'm fine. Next day, doing a different muscle group, the neck pain started again. After workout, fine. Next day like clockwork it comes back...It's been almost two weeks and it hasn't much improved. It effects me every day I workout, no matter what muscle group I work (even legs). What's going on here and is this a permanent injury? Am I ever going to have a normal- pain free workout like I used to? Thanks!!! PS: I'm 29 and do not use any supplements.

The pain could be anything from a pulled muscle to a slipped disk. You should really not do anymore workouts until you have been to see a doctor because of the risk of exacerbating the injury. I would make an appointment to get checked out and they will be able to give you the best advice on treatment. Best of luck.
