Are You Suffering from Neck Pain?
The more you know about neck pain causes the better off you will be.
Believe it or not, most people suffer from neck pain causes at some
point in their life. Yours may be more serious than others, or maybe it
is just a minor tweak. But no matter what, if you know what this is all
about and how to address the problem you will be better off. This is one
of those potential health concerns that you want to know a lot about
even if you are not suffering.
So what neck pain causes are most common? It is hard to say what
cause is the most common of them all, but many believe that it is muscle
strains. If you pull a muscle in your neck or back it can lead to a lot
of pain in the area. In fact, the pain can be so bad that it may make
you wonder if you didn't hurt yourself in another way.
Of course, there are more serious issues that can come up over time.
For instance, a herniated disk can lead to a lot of pain and eventually
cause problems in other areas as well. This is something that needs
treated by an experienced doctor, and may even call for surgery
depending on how bad your situation is.
Finally, another one of the most common neck pain causes is injury.
This can include anything from a car accident to falling down. Landing
on your neck the wrong way or being suddenly hit without notice can lead
to injury to the neck and back.
If you are suffering from neck pain it is important to receive a
proper diagnosis. Even if you think you know what the problem is you
should see your doctor just to make sure. Neck pain is not something
that you want to take lightly as minor problems can linger and get worse
over time.
Now that you know more about neck pain causes you are in better
position to handle this problem should you begin to suffer.
My bones keep cracking and I've been experiencing neck and back pain (p90x skinny male beginner)?
I have never really been into sports or exercising due to my asthma, but now I've been trying to change my lifestyle. After all these years of sitting in front of the computer and feeling like crap I want to become physically active, not only for sex appeal, but also for health reasons. I decided to pick up the p90x to get me going my boyfriend suggested it to me, and he's buff and seems to know what he's doing and it's pretty tough. I want to see good results and I'm determined to work as hard as I can to get there. I usually stop when there's 30 minutes left now because the first week basically left me paralyzed for an entire week after. The one thing holding me back is this neck pain.. I'm assuming I have bad posture because of all these years spent sitting in front of the computer for hours a day. Also, my bones seem to be cracking a lot. Not so much my upper body, mostly just my knees, ankles, and feet. I made a doctors appointment to see what's going on and I'm hoping he'll have a solution for these problems. However, before I visit him I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone else will be able to provide some knowledge prior to visiting so I'll have a better idea of what exactly to ask him. Here's more info on my body and other things that should be noted Gender MaleAge 19Height 5'11" possibly 6ft now Weight 126lbs I took accutane for my acne September 2009 February 2010 I have had neck pain for a few years now I take Whey protein pre and post workout and a strong multivitamin with dinner

Help with neck and back pain!?
I am 14 years old and was getting very bad headaches at the very lowest part of my head. After visiting a chiropractor And found out my neck is completely straight and my s1 is tilted the wrong way upwards towards my skull rubbing against it , he started adjusting 3 times a week until we reached 17 visits. At this point my back lower and upper is in constant pain, right shoulder pain, right hip pain, neck pain, and tingling in my right arm has started happening. Just as tierd as i was in the beginning too. Could the chiro have messed up or made everything worse? Might go and see orthopedist this week

Types of bras to wear with pinched nerve in neck and back pain?
I am a 36C and I have this problem. I have a pinched nerve in my neck, which causes severe neck and back shoulder pain which results in migraines. Wearing a bra basically causes the pain because it agitates the pinched nerve. When I take off the bras, I feel much better and the headache is gone.I've been to several different professional fitters, I've gone a bra size up, I've talked to a doctor, I've tried sports bras but nothing helps. Brands do not matter, either.Currently, I'm wearing cami's as I can only really wear a bra for 30 minutes or less, but cami's do not look flattering with my size.Help, please Tough luck, Earl
Constant headaches and Neck and back pain?
For the past week now I thought I had a sinus infection, stuffy nose, headaches, sore throat. Well then most recently my headaches have gotten a lot worse and now my neck and the top of my shoulder and between my shoulder blades are so stiff and hurt really bad. every time I move my neck it feels so heavy and like its pulling my muscles. I also have some minor lower back stiffness and pain. I do wear glasses, but my vision seems a little more blurred and its harder to concentrate for a long period of time. Now most recently Ive started having lower stomach upper pelvic pains such as if I have a UTI. Im starting to get worried. I know I need to go to the doctor but Im 21 Female and I weigh 230lbs. So every time I go the doctor says Its just stress, or it because of my weight. I have also lost about 20 lbs in the past 3 months. And that was without trying. But everytime i straighten my back, or move my neck in any way it pops or cracks. Whats wrong. Im tired of theses headaches.
Neck and back pain over a month after a grade 2 concussion?
About a month a little over ago I hit my head really hard and blacked out for a bit. My doctor classified it as a grade 2 concussion and that it would get better. Recently my neck and back have hurt very bad. I don't normally have back or neck pain. My doctor had said that I most likely had a whiplash recoil from hitting my head but that pain went away it was closer to my head than this is this is on the back of my neck . The pain is on my spinal cord. Any advice besides going back to the doctor would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
