Toothache and neck pain in agony not slept in two nights painkillers no good?
i have a molar tht is severly decayed and is being taken out in 3 weeks but i started gettin severe tooth ache 2 nights ago and not slept since ive been to dentist and im on amoxilian aniti b and im taking nurofen plus and paracetal im still gettin pain and i cant handle another night where i dont sleep i have two children under the age of 2 to look after will the pain ever go away or will i have this until i get it taken out? please help ASAPcant drink on aniti biotics

I have neck pain along with in the back of my head.?
It hurts when I move it even a little. I know it is not stress related, and I don't use the computer that often. It has never happened to me before. I would really like an at home remedy for this. Thanks

Diagnose me please? neck pain, etc.?
I know I should go to the doctor. In fact, I will probably go tomorrow. But I'm wondering what MIGHT be wrong with me, so that I will know what to expect. I hate needles and tests and hospitals, so I'm hoping to avoid all that if possible.I am a 28yo female, healthy. I did have both shingles and erythema nodosum sp? in the past year or two.Current symptoms a VERY stiff, sore neck for the past 3 days. I have no knowledge of any injury but Friday morning woke up with a very painful neck. It hurt to turn it side to side or up and down. Sharp pain when moving it in any direction. Yesterday, the stiff, sore neck spread into the back of my head, like where my neck muscles connect to my head, so the base of the back of my head is sore too. Pain also spread down my neck to my upper back and shoulders. It is nothing like any stiff neck I have ever had much more painful. mild fever of 99 100 degrees. I have been taking ibuprofen so it is possible it would be slightly higher if it weren't for the ibuprofen. slight nausea, but I think that is from the pain of my neck when I am in a lot of pain like from a broken bone or shingles, I always feel kinda nauseous so I think that is related to that. mild headache, which again, I think is from the pain in my neck. have had symptoms that seem like a sinus infection common for me for about a week. Probably unrelated to the neck. Mostly a runny nose. generally feeling unwell.Any thoughts?PS I originally thought maybe meningitis, BUT I don't have a rash, haven't been vomiting, I can touch my chin to my chest actually, bending my head forward is the easiest direction to bend it , and I can lie on my back and lift my leg straight up, which I read is a test for meningitis.

I've been sick for 4 weeks - coughing, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, now severe neck pain?
I first started feeling sick a month ago now, with a sore throat, which turned into coughing. For the past 4 weeks it's seemed to go on off and then to switch to a new kind of sick. I've had runny stuffy nose, still coughing, sore throat, loss of appetite. Over the weekend I started getting a severe neck pain on the left side and it hasn't gone away. I still have it, and the cough and nose issues are starting to go away. The neck is what's killing me right now. Anyway have an ideas?

Random shoulder-neck pain?
Me and my dad were goofing around, and he hit me in the shoulder. It didn't really hurt, so I ignored it. A few minutes later, my shoulder started to ache. Now all of the sudden, my shoulder to my neck hurts, and a little bit of my back. What is this madness? I know it's not a heart attack, I am only 15... stevefwb Haha, I've learned my lesson. Really bad neck pain?
I woke up this morning, and my neck hurt only a little bit when I moved my head to the sides. Later today around 3 20 the back of my neck has been hurting very badly, and all i was doing was walking. It feels like someone is stabbing the back of my neck. I move my neck a little bit, very slowly, and it hurts very bad. I have to hold the back of my neck with one of my hands to move my head so I'm not in so much pain. Is this anything to worry about? Or did i just pull a muscle? Also, if there is something I could possibly do to make my neck hurt not as much, please tell me. Thank you.

i fell snowboarding and hurt my neck. yes i know i should go see a doctor but what can i do to relave the pain. there are some huge knots in my neck.other then pain meds.

What is this neck pain?
My mom has been having this weird pain in her neck for years. It went away for a while but now it's back. She says it feels like there are two tendons that feel like they are crossing over and she can hear them kinda rubbing together, and its pretty painful. Its from about bottom of the neck to to back of the head. Neither of us have any idea what it could be, and we know she needs to see a doctor, but does anyone have an idea of what it is?

Around 1 00 PM I was just walking around then BAM My neck felt like a animal took a bite out of it.Right now at 6 30 PM it feels no better, I tried Aspirin, to no affect, Neck exercises, I tried 10 different techniques 9 had very ,very little to no affect and the tenth made it hurt more. When I try to keep my next completely straight up, I nearly cry. Any suggestions to get it better?

How to relieve my neck pain?
Its at the top of my neck and bottom of my head. its very painful its not the muscle though and its been going on for about a year now, nothing stressful has been going on and pain relievers don't help.. im only 13 and my mom doesn't really believe me she only starts about hers hurt bc she has arthritis in in but mine really does hurt and sometimes i get my dad to rub it and he feels to bones cracking against each other.i do have headaches a lot
